Pricing & Fees
Our fees are determined by the scope and complexity of the project.
To provide you with a rough idea of the time commitment for a full residential project, please find below some broad estimates:
Phase One & Phase Two:
30 – 60 hours for simple projects
100 – 200+ hours for complex projects
60 – 100 hours for moderate projects
Kitchen/Joinery Projects
If your kitchen/joinery project requires design work or modifications to the existing layout, we charge a flat fee of $770.00 including GST. This covers the designer’s time for on-site measurements, discussions about the scope of work, and drawing up the scope for quoting. If you already have legible plans with all necessary information, there will be no fee, but all quotes will be subject to an on-site viewing .

The Design Process
When it comes to the design process, we understand that each project is unique. Below is a general overview of what you can expect:
Phase One / The Brief & Concept Design
We start by getting to know your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and functional needs. This information guides us in creating a personalized design vision and concept documentation.
- Conduct a site measure for accurate modelling of the existing dwelling.
- Plan spatial layouts and furniture arrangements, if necessary.
- Develop preliminary concepts for the proposed design.
- Present suggestions for products, fixtures, and fittings using mood boards and physical samples.
Phase Two / Concept Development & Design Documentation
We refine the initial design concept, turning it into detailed plans, elevations, perspectives, and specifications. These documents serve as precise guides for the construction and design process.
- Further develop and refine the initial design concept.
- Finalize all interior selections, including fixtures, fittings, and finishes for the entire home.
- Complete furniture packages, if needed.
- Prepare scaled interior design documentation with plans, elevations, and set-outs. Create lighting and electrical plans.
Phase Three / Construction Period
We actively support the execution of the design plans, ensuring that the original design intent is maintained. We also oversee the procurement of items like fixtures, fittings, finishes, lighting, and flooring.

- Develop preliminary concepts for the proposed design.
- Present suggestions for products, fixtures, and fittings using mood boards and physical samples.
Phase Four / Installation & Furnishing
We carefully curate, purchase, and install furniture and accessories to bring your space to life. This phase may also include developing a design concept and furniture package for the entire home, or incorporating existing pieces you already have. It runs concurrently with Phase One to ensure a cohesive design.
